Returns Policy
We want you to be totally happy with the flowers you order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the flowers that are received, you should advise us within 48 hours of receipt. Our no-quibble guarantee means that we will send substitute flowers or make a full refund to your credit or debit card account.
